Model DPZ blister card packaging machine adopts frequency control and mechanism, electricity, light, gas, integrative automatic control technology. The main installations of the machine are PVC heating, molding, forming blister test (optional), feeding, testing of lack material and clear waste (optional), stroke traction, punching, Sub-trust transition, blister card sealing and so on.

     PVC is softened by heating, blown a mould after entering the molding. PVC is fed in something needed, and then go into the punching station after the blister is detected. It punches out a shape needed, and the shape go into the multi-station turntable agency through sub-trust transitional device. Finally, PVC with fed go into paper plastic sealing station, and press with the blister paper card, after finishing pressing, the products decline down to  the output device to the next process. All stations work synchronously. After forming and feeding, the detection device can be set to prevent the blister from forming badly or lack material, and the waste is removed through the exit of waste.
